This Procedure doesnt spawn the particles or neither checks for the blocks

Yo Guys, I did this Procedure    https://prnt.sc/xNtu08pQhM_z      but it doesnt spawn the particles when I place one of the selected blocks near/around it so my guess is that since I used the 6x6x6 Block check template I messed something up but now I cant find my mistake... I placed the Procedure into a Custom Block tick update trigger for anyone wondering.

I placed the Procedure into a Custom Block tick update trigger for anyone wondering.

did you enable ticks inside advanced properties?
