As the title says, the datapack structures are not generating.
I figured out that the cause of this is the folder the structure NBTS are stored in is named incorrectly.
It's named "structures"(which is the incorrect name) instead of being named "structure".
Mojang decided to change the file path for some reason, and I guess that was missed when updating the datapack generator.
From what I can tell by looking around in the forums and on the update pages, this hasn't been reported before and hasn't been fixed; however, if it has been, then sorry for the meaningless bug report.
