How to make a custom mob spawn with a smaller size

Hi, I made a model for my custom mob, but it came out larger than I originally wanted. Is there any way to make the mob spawn with a smaller model size? I don't want to remake the model size, I already made it as small as possible + I don't want to remake the texture of the model to fit the new size
