chest model

Hi, i was wondering if someone could help me. I'm currently making new chest tipe and i can't understang one thing. what tipe of model do i have to import from blockbench to mcreator? That's because i can't find a solution to my problem. even the tutorial on youtube doesn't say the model type of the block but only how to make this chest.
