when will the experimental addons for bedrock edition become complete?

I play minecraft bedrock edition, and I wanted to create a mod, but many features that are available on java, on bedrock are not supported or are not there at all, such as creating armor. I wanted to ask if anyone knew if and when the add on for bedrock will no longer be a simple experimental function.
