How can i make a mod like this

im new in mcreator and i want to know how can i make a horror mod like the cave dweller but own ai.

ive seen they created a mod abt cave dweller for bedrock like own ai and stuff.

and i want to make a mod like this.

for bedrock,but mcreator has limited features for bedrock,i cant make animations for it,and other features are not supported,

i need help plsssss
