Alpha 1.1.2_01 world selector but modern

Please someone make a mod for Fabric 1.21.4 that brings back the alpha 1.1.2_01 world selector BUUUT with a twist: the World1 to World5 slots are still the renamed worlds, meaning instead of World1 and that, you can Name the world for a short thing like FunSMP, and the -empty- named slots behave like you clicked a Create World button in the today's inventory, and the filled slots are behaving like the Load World button in today's inventory, and the limited 5 world slots are back with the modern twist! thanks in advance if a mod builder makes this for Fabric 1.21.4!
