how do i remove 1 durability from a tool in a crafting table ?

i want to make a simple craft to convert coarse dirt in dirt in any crafting table like

1 coarse dirt and any hoes = 1 dirt + -1 durability from the hoes

Can someone help me with this cause its seem so simple yeet impossible ????
