In this mod, you are encouraged to explore the world and work with various materials to make your own magic wands!
The wands/magic uses mana, which can be stored within an orb that is held in your off-hand when crafted, and said magic comes in six elemental flavors. Nature, Water, Fire, Ice, Earth, and Void.
Gather essence from various biomes by converting local blocks/items into elemental essence and mana, using the mana converter tables!
Once you've got some mana, some essences, and the right materials, craft wands, staffs, and gems, and explore the world of magic!
This mod showcases. . .
- A handful of new station blocks, including the Mana Conversion Table, Elemental Convertion Tables, and the Magic Brewery.
- 70 different wands of magic to use, as well as 18 staffs, and 12 (offhand-equippable) gems, with unique and varying functions.
- Crafting recipes that require you to progress along the game at a natural pace, and explore every nook and cranny of minecraft!
I've playtested this mod for functionality and balance, though, with it being a magic mod, the concept of "balance" can be highly subjective, and depending on the playstyle, patience, and willingness to use said magic, you may find the magic and its mana costs either too easy to abuse, or unfair to work with.
If you find any bugs or issues with the mod, please feel free to contact me directly. I love making mods like these, and I don't mind making changes here and there to keep things right.
No mod jank disclaimer on THIS mod. This mod is mostly compatible with any other mod! The only mods it might be incompatible with, are mods that overwrite biomes.
