Does anyone think I could make a mod with all assets made from scratch?

When I made some of my earlier mods, I realized I suck at making my own assets, so I'll challenge myself this time. Here are the rules I made for myself:

I will not allow myself to re-use assets.

I have to make the assets from scratch.

I can make my own custom sounds, but I can use vanilla game sounds.

Anybody think I could do this challenge?
