I'm trying to procedure where when you enter my custom dimension it gives you an effect that last forever and goes away when you leave the dimension. so far i can only make the effect last for 13 hours

I think you can do -1 for the duration, but it'd be better to just on player tick apply the effect for one second if they're in the dimension.
