I don't know why this doesn't work but I have asked like every AI on how to fix it and they don't know, no tutorials help me or anything it's just super annoying. it just says "Procedure that uses return value must end with a valid return block" 
ai is horrible
you have to upload pictures to a different website first to have them show here.
this is probably your problem, like it says your procedure has to have a return block at the end too
yeah it's like the exact same but I have the second return in the else
