Entire PC freezes when running a test client at random times

After updating to 2025.3 my whole PC freezes up a short time after running a test client to the point where I have to turn it off with the power button. This happens no matter which workspace I use. Before 2025.3 this would happen very rarely, normally once a week after having a client running for hours each day but now i can barely get 5 minutes in before it freezes. Is there any way I can fix this?
