Is there a way to add a block to a tag using procedures (in game)

Im making a mod with some sort of config and i want to be able to get a block from a slot and add it to a tag (in the "Element Tags" section).

Is there an easy way to do this?

Im using mcreator 2025.3 neoforge 1.21.8 (21.8.31).
