Heyo! I'm currently making a minecraft java mod about Combat, Dungeons, and Weapons. I was wondering if anybody had some fun and cool ideas for the mod, and if I like it, Ill pop it in! Any idea is welcome as long as it fits the theme of my mod, weather its a dungeon idea, weapon idea, or Mob idea, Id love to hear it!

sword with a charged attack that is a giant shock wave
Maybe an item that you can find and either it be wearable or Curios compatible where it block 1 hit of damage no matter the amount of damage it blocks it but there is a 5 minute cooldown or something.
Those are awesome ideas! I'll call the damage reducement idea an Obsidian Shield, you pop it in a Curios Slot, and you get a 2 health (1 heart) damage reduction! As for the charge attack sword, I feel a large blade called an echo blade, made from echo shards and iron, it can charge up a sonic boom attack and charge with it, causing a massive shockwave to other mobs, and restoring you health by using soul energy! (similar to sculk!) Awesome ideas!!!

OK. First off, there's the Vexing Chant, which when swinging it, summons 3 guardian vexes that defend the user and follow anyone with a vexing chant in hand. The vexing chant has a 50 second cooldown (in MCD it was 30 seconds, but I accidentally nerfed it). Next, we'll get to the enchantments:
Void Strike: Inflicts the target with Voided, a status effect that gradually damages mobs, slows them down, weakens their strength, and decreases their reach. This does not work on end mobs from Survival Expansion and the base game as well as not working on bosses.
Levitation Shot: When this enchantment is applied on a bow, any shot has a small chance to cause the target to levitate, similar to a shulker bullet.
Busy Bee: Sometimes when killing a mob, a friendly bee might spawn. That's all Busy Bee does.
Also, if you play on easy difficulty when using the Vexing Chant, some Guardian Vexes might have Sun's Graces. This allows them to heal nearby allies.

While that sounds cool, you do realize that it is all just from Minecraft Dungeons, right?
A sword, with experience level, the more you kill with it, the more EXP it gets, but this is not the main thing...
You can CLASH with it, the higher level it has, the more succesful the clash is, when clashing, there is a chance that:
-You fail, you get knocked back, put the sword on a HUGE cooldown, and get twice the damage
-Both of you fails, get knocked back, put your sword on a medium cooldown
-Enemy fails, it get knocked back, deals the amount of damage it would have dealt to you
Note: If an somebody fails to clash, it gets slowness II for 2 secs and weakness X for 4 secs
