Dependence on "gender" from "Female Gender Mod"

I know how it sound and all, but i still need help. I'm making a little mod for my friends server. Basically for one of the features of the mod i need to add a procedure in which i need a separate check for players gender (in that mod). And i just like to know is there's a way to check it.
