Can't find the “water bottle” item in the procedure editor

The question is basically described in the title. 

A few details: I am trying to make an alternative crafting block that works like a furnace. In the crafting recipe, I want the bottle of water to be consumed and replaced with an empty bottle. But I cannot select it because the procedures only include items and blocks, and judging by the recipes for the brewing stand, the bottle of water belongs to the potions category.
