Cocoa beans spawning at base of trees.

I was recently trying my hand at making a biome, and had successfully made large, "Redwood" trees generate using the large spruce tree format in the features section of the biomes creation menu. No matter if I disable fruit by using air, or change out the fruit for something else, cocoa beans will always generate at the base of the trees. This is very ugly, and also prevents me from using any other fruits if I want to later on.
