When I created the mod for new items and blocks, they simply weren't in the creative's inventory. Out of 6 blocks and items, there is only one.

Maybe you forgot to add the tab for them?
when making items theres a little thing that says "Creative inventory tabs" under properties. click plus and ad the tabs you want it to be in
