its probably some simple mistake I made but I really have no idea why there is no "Entity Attacked" in global trigger to choose.
I'm using geckolib and version 2024.4

shouldn't there be an option "Entity attacked" (like here https://ibb.co/mD012sq)?
Entity is attacked means that somethign attacked entity, I am looking for the opposite
entity is attacked is triggered when attack happens.. if entity attacks entity, the other entity will receive event which defines both attack and its consequence.
you reveice both sourceentity and targetentity as dependency ;)
