Library Mod Tags

I have a very large mod with a lot of recipes involving modded ingredients. However, I am creating more mods and want to use the same ingredients in these new mods, so I was going to create a library mod to unify them. However, I don't want to replace literal thousands of recipes from the ingredient into a tag, is there a way to do this all in one swift motion, or another way that's recommended to do this?
