Bow enchantments

is there a way to make an enchantment work only if the entity was hit with the arrow and not the bow item? if you simply use "has enchantment", then it triggers from direct hits with a bow as well and if you equip any other item without that enchantment while the arrow is airborne, it wont trigger the enchantment when it hits the entity
