MCreator Weather

i have an idea for MCreator, there could be a thing that allows you to make custom weather, and you could use particles or custom rain colors to set the rain color, and etc, ill explain.
new element: - Weather

You can edit the speed, and stuff.

in triggers, there could be 
"when weather is raining" or "when player is in this custom rain", idk how to explain it , but yea, i think its a good idea.
