Jigsaw pools is not working

I am trying to make a mod that adds new structures, which i had assumed would be easy since i have made a mod that adds structures before.

i did the EXACT same as i did in the first mod (changing the names and structure files, im not that stupid.) and for some reason, it doesnt work, it generates the first room that i set for the starting structure then generates nothing else, what is wrong? it tells me that it cant find the jigsaw pool but the pool is refered to in both the mcreator structure and in the world with the structure file.
