Strange Error

Hello, I have a probelm with 1.6.5 MCreator. When I install MCreator or I want to recompile Workspace, I getting error "Etag download for http://export.mcpbot.bspk.rs/versions.json failed with code 403". I reinstalled MCreator few times, I added an exception for firewall and I always have the same problem. My OS is Windows 10, I also have installed Java 8. Please help me
