I haven't tried it yet, but you can give it a chance
I have tried that post, but it doesn't work, BUT I did found out how to have snow generate in my biome, I put the top block as a snow block. Don't know how to make it snow when it rains, but that's okay.
@#2 Are you using MCreator 1.7.5? if yes, have you tried the cold biome option?
Yes, and what is the cold biome option? I set the biome type to Icy and cool, but it does not work.

It still doesn't "rain snow"? So I guess it's a bug, try report it
this doesnt work...
you cant set ground to snowy grass
but you can use biome temp for snow
(i meant snowy weather) I set category to icy and biome type to icy, but doesnt work...
set a lower temperature in the biome
