So, I was working on my mod (after it was deleted) and I was launching the test client when an error popped up, saying "Could not compile due to a problem in your mod select 'ignore errors' to fix it yourself, or hit 'remove problematic mods' to delete the errored mod elements" and it listed

Can someone please tell me why Mcreator is doing this to me? Please?

Simply export your workspace, uninstall MCreator, reinstall it again and import the workspace.
This can be prevented by never closing mcreator /turning off the computer while the recompilation is running
uhg okay
well, thanks for your help!
would a factory reset work?
Yes, but you can simply delete mcreator in its folder)(by default is Pylo\Mcreator176) or use the uninstall file (I usually don't uninstall MCreator but I install it into another folder)
Don't forget to export your workspace or you will lose everything!
