Setup does not connect to the Internet

During the Setup of MCreator, it does not connect and when its complete it automaticly reverses the things and it gives a notification, Please Help and heres the Whole Error:

MCreator was not able to connect to the internet. Gradle tasks might not work.

Im on 32Bit , windows 7  and this Error is large
