i don't believe there's a way to do so.
just delete the texture, and remake it
i meant it diffrent i only need to know how to make a splash potion.
You can't make a new splash potion in mcreator; however, you can make a new one in vanilla with commands and give it the texture you want via a texture pack. You do not even have to change the texture for the regular ones, just the ones you want by using damage values.
