When the menu asking to "Click here and download Minecraft Forge ZIP", I downloaded the file and then saved it to desktop and then clicked "Click here to install downloaded ZIP" and went to desktop and the file wasn't there. This application is broken.
You need to allow MCreator to access the internet, this is why you are seeing this message.
