In MCreator everything is just in your face, so I thought that MCreator should add some folders to the program, just click add folder, name it and drag your elements into it, this would also allow elements to have the same name (each in different folders) for example, the blocks folder has block of titanium and the recipes folder has a recipe of the same name. It would also be nice to allow elements to have underscores in their names because in minecraft, the blocks have underscores (minecraft:emerald_ore)
There is a ticket for this on the issue tracker, we plan to add this (folders and sorting).
