I'm trying to make a block with a custom model, I know how to use blockbench a bit but I'm having trouble with wuite many things, exaporting the model from blockbench get the textures right and also actually making the block itself in mcreator. So please, can someone explain or give me a link to a video that explains all this?
There are many tutorials on Blockbench.
If you can't find any full tutorial walking you through every single steps, then you can try this one for Blender 2.80 (2.8). It shows the whole importing and adding it to the block process near the end, which is the same for every OBJ/MTL file:
