Hello. I have recently posted in Bug Reports/Solutions and it was responded to by some random dude essentially saying "I don't know." and now it does not show in unanswered topics. Am I allowed to bump it?

If you ask and don't provide details to the issue, generally don't expect any useful answers as we do not sit in front of your computer and see everything you see.
