How do I detect if a player has 2 of the same item using procedures?

So basically, I have a VERY powerful sword which is literally made out of existence ingots. As it is a powerful weapon, players should be able to only wield one, otherwise they explode. Is there a way to detect if there are more than two of a specific item in one's inventory? If so, thanks in advance.
