Ore dictionary tags in 1.9.1 don't work right with vanilla leaves and saplings

When I'm using procedure block: <is <item in player's main hand>tagged in ore dictionary as <treeLeaves>> (or <treeSapling>  ) it works for my custom leaves and saplings, but doesn't work for any of the vanilla leaves/saplings.The same procedure works fine with vanilla cactus,sugarcane <blockCactus> and <sugarcane>, as well as all my custom tags.I tried also to use <is<>tagged in ore dictionary as<> with metadata> block,but it doesn't help.
