I am planning on adding a new mob to my mod Asterisk's Construct (no spoilers on what it is!) and I want it to spawn holding a random item (eg a fishing rod, hoe, axe, etc) and with a different skin. Can someone teach me how?
for skins you can make several mobs, only let one mob spawn, and when it spawns there is a random chance to spawn another mob with identical stats but different textures. And then despawn the original mob.
For items I don't know. There are lots of random procedure tutorials on the forums, search a bit.
