How to make an armor give you effects only if your wearing the full set.

So the solutions I keep finding aren't working. I made an iron man armor that among other things, provides a hud, flight, Spector's effects to mobs nearby(haven't gotten around to this part yet), and potion effects. For some reason, it wont work. The potion effects wont work for my other superhero suits. I used solutions I found in other forum topics, but they didnt work. Any help would be appreciated greatly. Also, the hud wont work either.
