Topic category: Help with MCreator software
I have made a 3D model in Blender and I want to export it to MCreator. I can export it from Blender to MCreator in an obj format. The problem is that there are limitations and i can not use obj in MCreator. Does anyone of you know how to export a .json file from blender or how to convert files linke .dae, .fbx or .gltf to .json?
Thanks in advance
Was this feature removed? Damn.
There is a Wiki link that explains it HERE
@headquarter8302 I know this page but how sad before Minecraft can't handle my obj file therefore i have to import a .java or .json file. There was how @Trinicrafter10 sad before a feature that alows to export .json files from Blender but sadly that was removed. I could not find any other option. I hope the MCreator community can help me.
Then get an older version of Blender or remake your model using Blockbench.
blah blah blah i anit gonna work anyways

lol
i dying bcuz of this
i used to have 20 obj models working Well in 1.12.2 then they just flopped.
I am sorry to hear this, but OBJ renderer is very experimental. Forge devs rewrote it in 1.14.4 and did a great job in the system, but there are still many limitations to be considered.
This is why I usually recommend users to use JSON models instead, whenever possible.
