On the left, there is a "Resources" button. Click on that.
How to import textures:
Step 1: Select "Import Textures"
Step 2: Choose the type of texture you want to import (in this case, mob texture. (the bottom one))
Step 3: Select your texture
How to import 3D models:
Step 1: Select "3D models and texture mappings"
Step 2: Click Import JAVA, Import JSON, or Import OBJ+MTL, depending on what type of model it is. (in this case, it is a JAVA file, (entities are JAVA files, and blocks are JSON. But in some rare cases, you might want to choose OBJ+MTL for blocks))
Step 3: Select your model and choose the animations (only groups can be animated, and make sure that your pivot points are in the correct spots (In Blockbench))
Use Blockbench for custom models and textures and then import them into MCreator
