How to get techne on mac

So i want to animate my mob but i can't seem to do.So first i create a model in block bench but i want animate it but when i put mcreator animation set in the import menu in test client there is no animation and someone told me to use techne but i am on mac and all the techne link are broken.also i already made my model just want to animate it,Move-able head is what i want.PLS HELP
