Workspace can't open because CompileJava error happened before

I had an error with Gradle when building my mod that said "error CompileJava. Can't open path_of_my_mod\build\classes\java\main\net\ and I don't remember the name it started with an "y" I believe (I search in files explorer and this file doesn't exist !). I followed gradle's build errors tutorial that said "Delete "caches" of the path name ".mcreator/gradle"" and now I can't open my workspace : when I choose it, it don't open ! I think the workspace is corrupted and I don't know how to recover it. It's a big project so I need help.
