Ability to Have More Than One of The Same Java Model Class Type(?)

I'd really like to be able to have multiple variations of a java entity in a workspace at the same time, for example, having both a ModelDragon with wings and a ModelDragon without wings instead of only being able to have one of each java class at a time. I dunno.

Also, no, I have no idea how to change the model name like the message that pops up says to try to do.
