Need Help GUI Specific item in slot

Hello, I am currently working on a mining backpack and I have an issue.

I would like to only the minecraft ore can be stocked inside the backpack like the iron_ore, gold_ore,etc...

I was looking for a lot of tutorial like this one https://mcreator.net/wiki/making-guis-slots but i found nothing

And i would like to know if it's possible to change the small icon in the hotbar when right cliked to open the GUI (like having closed backpack and after right clicking having an open backpack)

So if somebody can help me it would be great
