Entity Java Model file is empty after compiling and there's no mob

After adding JAVA Model and creating some mob (player model) this mob doesn't appear in the inventory as an egg and in the world either.
If you need more details, please, ask me for them. I need help((

UPD: I noticed that after compiling a mod there is no folder "entity" with entity JAVA file.
