Right clicking on a player with an item, replacing the item with another one

I'm pretty new to the procedure system in MCreator and would like some help with an item I'm working on.

Basically I made 2 items, an open bottle and a bottle of blood. I want it so that I can right click with the open bottle on a player and it replaces the open bottle with a bottle of blood.
