Ya, they move on their own.. video below to show you. if you click the sub block and put it in the main block it works fine, but if you drag the main over the sub block, it used to work fine and drop it in there, now it moves around like the video :D..
This is probably a Blockly bug, so I am afraid we will have to wait until they update it.
