Extracting continuous record of xyz coordinates of players and/or blocks

I am interested in extracting the xyz coordinates of mulitple players within Minecraft realms (creative mode) at regular time intervals (e.g. once per second). I am also interested in extracting the xyz coordinates and types of blocks that comprise a structure (e.g. house) that the players have built. I believe that all of this information is stored in Minecraft somewhere but I am looking for a way to record it and export it so that these data can be analyzed as part of a research study. Any help regarding whether this is feasible would be greatly appreciated!
