How to set the position of biomes.

so im trying to make an RPG mod for me and my friends to mess around in. i am wondering if it is possible to set the position of biomes in my dimension. I want there to be biomes in set locations so i can add a map and entire civilisations. Is there a way to do this?

(Also i want only 1 of each biome in the dimesnion and the rest of the world is ocean.)
