Get copy of item issue (Differece Posions the same?!)

I create a procedure with "get item of slot" and remove this and put it into an other slot. I saw, as i test it all was fine. But i test posions and it looks like that minecraft or mcreator put all posions as one i mean that slownes is the same as nighvision. If anyone can help me, that would be nice. i can post a video if it is better to understand
