Have you put the animations into the cutom animation folder in your mcreator workspace? Here's a tutorial!:

it also says that it does not work, in addition, gekolib painted minecraft, so I refused it
did you ever find a fix to this? i have the animations folder and the names are all correct, i even made multiple different animations. None work.
